120 hours (and 37 photos) in Beijing

From the Great Wall to NEU CHINA and Level 7

I had the pleasure to visit Beijing for five days on invitation of Goethe-Institut and NEU CHINA to participate in a discussion about „The Future of Media“ (with Steven Jiang, Santiago Stelley and Gerry Shih), give a speech on and discuss (with Marco Donnarumma, Han Han and Philipp Grefer) the effects of Artificial Intelligence on the creation of music – and by that reflect how the relationship between machines and mankind is about to change and what that means for the role of the sovereign.

The convention is well documented on website of Neu China: www.neutechchina.com – here you get a more private eye on the happenings during my 120 hours in Beijing.

After the speech I played some records for the audience. In an outburst of subtle teaching I decided to play “Lady Democracy” by Love Inc. (aka Wolfgang Voigt) – and suddenly the audience stood up and danced…
